Membership dues paid to Georgia Game Developers Association are not deductible as charitable contributions, but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. However, expenses attributable to lobbying and political activities are not deductible. We estimate that approximately 60% of your 2017 membership dues will be used for lobbying and political expenditures that further the interests of our industry. Please consult your tax advisor as to the deductibility of your membership dues paid.
