Dr. Jay O'Toole, Assistant Professor of Strategy at Georgia State University, is running 2015 GGDA Survey for us. All data will be held strictly confidential. Only aggregate data will be reported. Only Jay and I will have access to the individual survey responses. No identifying information will ever be reported or shared with anyone other than the two of us.
